Alex Isaacs Designs Policies
If you have any questions about your order or the ordering process, please contact us at info@AlexIsaacs.com. We are happy to help.
· Each artwork by Alex Isaacs Designs is made to order: One at a time and especially for you. All sales are final.
· If for some reason, your merchandise is damaged in transit or If you received an incorrect item, we will replace the item ASAP.
· If you receive a damaged item, please notify us by emailing info@AlexIsaacs.com within 72 hours of delivery. We will send instructions on how to proceed. Please do not discard the item or shipping materials as they are needed to file an insurance claim.
· Paper prints are made and shipped within 3 business days.
· Canvases are made and shipped within 5-7 business days.
· Upon shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
What shipping methods do you use?
· Generally, prints are shipped via USPS and canvases are shipped via UPS. This means that canvas purchases cannot be shipped to a P.O Box (because UPS does not have access to P.O Boxes)
