Each artwork by Alex Isaacs Designs is made to order: One at a time and especially for you. All sales are final. If for some reason, your merchandise is damaged in transit or If you received an incorrect item, we will replace the item ASAP. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us by emailing info@AlexIsaacs.comwithin 72 hours of delivery. We will send instructions on how to proceed. What shipping methods do you use? Generally, prints are shipped via USPS and canvases are shipped via UPS.
